Classic Old Apartment with Crow Flats Park from Sandra Guerrero

In the lush green courtyard on the Upper Djupedal street number 9 D represents some windows ajar. Chirping birds mixed with the city's easy-going pulse that slowly finds its way in with the wind at this secluded idyll. The Crow Meadow beautiful greenery in the background and the almost non-existent traffic on the street outside, this is an oasis in the middle of Linnaeus' popular urban pulse. It is a fascinating feeling to be able to switch between city life and relax just by closing the solid door behind you. The soothing ambience follow us into this charming home with beautiful wooden flooring, stylish light walls, stucco, takrosetter high skirting boards and large windows with deep niches. The light from the generous windows flooded over brädgolvet and highlights the beautiful preserved turn of the century details. As if this were not enough, this is one of the few homes that can boast a working fireplace and a large wrought iron balconies with insider-only mode and a lovely view of Crow Flats (the secret park which is only available for residents of the neighboring clubs) . The apartment is located in an old compound with rock-solid economy and friendly neighbors are of course nothing negative.
